Delivery & Shipping

As we are relocating our office over the next week, please allow 14 days for delivery and 28 days for commissions.  We are so sorry for this delay & hope that you understand.

All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing.  Delivery is then normally :-

• Within 3 working days of despatch to the UK
• Within 7 working days of despatch to mainland Europe
• Within 14 working days to U.S.A & worldwide.
• Orders which require engraving will however take up to 28 days.

Lovespoon designs are normally in stock, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, there is any delay.

Delivery is £4.99 for U.K,  £10.99 for Europe tracked &  £15.99 for USA & Worldwide tracked.

Shipping to all International destinations by tracked Royal Mail Air Mail.        *U.K is 1st Class Royal Mail.

*Due to the current situation at the Royal Mail, delivery may be delayed by a couple of days.  Our sincere apologies, we will use another reputable courier when necessary to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.  Many thanks.
